Sandy Craig solo exhibition

Lost Landscapes and Quiet Discoveries

Sandy Craig is a Welsh artist and educator living and working near the source of the River Severn. She was born and raised in Mid Wales.  Her work considers the theory of Endurantism, investigating the persisting identity of places and objects. She is drawn to those that continue, many beyond their intended time and function.

Her practice involves drawing, painting, and printmaking, often interacting with, and interpreting, the subject as it experiences change. Much of Sandy’s work is influenced by sites in and around the submerged valleys of Wales.

Sandy has exhibited in the United Kingdom, USA, Australia and New Zealand, and her work is held in private collections in the UK, Italy, and USA. Publications include the Imago Mundi catalogue of the Luciano Benetton Collection, ‘So Many Different Suns ~ Contemporary Artists from Wales’.

Sandy Craig’s solo exhibition runs from 6th October 2022 until 17th November 2022 and is open every Tuesday - Thursday, 10am - 4pm.
