Tuesday

  • Weekly, term time, art sessions 10.30am - 12.30pm, run by Celf o Gwmpas enabling adults with learning disabilities to learn new skills, try a wide variety of art activities and experience working with professional artists.

    £4 per session (carers/support workers free)

  • Weekly Ecoart sessions for kaleidoscope participants run by Powys Teaching Health Board.

    1 - 4pm

  • Contemporary theatre practice with experienced professionals; for teenagers and young adults keen to develop performance skills; improv; script work, character, clowning and full productions;

    Time: Tuesdays in term-time 7.15-8.45pm

    Price: £60 per term; 'pay-what-you-can' concessions available;

Wednesday

  • Monthly sessions, second Wednesday, 10.30 am - 12.30pm

    The Art Group of Llandrindod Wells and District u3a (University of the Third Age) meets once a month. The group consists of retired people still keen to use and improve their art skills. The group is mixed ability, and tackles a wide range of subject matter. Adventurous in approach the members often  work outside their usual comfort zones, supporting and encouraging each other, learning and progressing in an atmosphere of quiet concentration.

    £3.50 per session.  The price can be more by agreement of the group, if a tutor, models or special materials are require

  • TaiChi Shibashi is a gentle, flowing exercise routine that is very relaxing. It is suitable for all ages and increases vitality, agility, balance and flexibility. The sessions are sponsored by Versus Arthritis as Shibashi helps with joint problems and are attended by people of varying levels of mobility.

    Thursday, 11.00 - 12.00. No charge.

  • Me Myself and Us is an inclusive creative dance session for adults with learning disabilities and their carers, weekly Friday mornings.

    The session is fun, failure-free and full of your favourite moves and songs.

    The group enjoy sharing their moves and often hold a sharing performance event with other dance centre groups at the end of each term.

  • Our term time Saturday morning art club for young people, 9.30 - 10.30am for 10 years and under, 10.45 - 11.45am for 11 - 16 year olds, including free breakfast art club 9am - 11am up until Easter.
